Privacy

This summary explains what ACE and ACE Cloud collect. The full policy will be published before general availability.

Your code and prompts

ACE sends prompts and code directly from your computer to the AI provider you choose. They never pass through ACE Cloud.

Account and billing

We store your email, name, subscription status and registered devices. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers.

Telemetry

Usage telemetry and crash reports are off by default. If you opt in, we collect anonymous events that never contain code, prompts, file paths or keys.
